18th International Teletraffic Congress

The 18th International Teletraffic Congress (ITC 18) has been held on 31 August - 5 September 2003 in Berlin, Germany.
134 papers have been presented both in Plenary and Technical Sessions.
The best Student Paper was awarded to three PhD Students:
- Cornelia Sauer, from the University of Hamburg, for her Paper entitled Separable Networks with Unreliable Servers ;
- Bianca Schröder, from Carnegie Mellon Inversity, for her Paper entitled Web Servers under Overload: How Scheduling can Help?
- Dirk Staehle, from the University of Wuerzburg, for his Paper entitled Macro Diversity Gains in UMTS Networks with Clustered User Distributions
