16th International Teletraffic Congress

Teletraffic Engineering in a Competitive World

The 16th International Teletraffic Congress (ITC16) has been held on 7-11 June 1999 in Edinburgh, Scotland, in honor of Alexander Graham Bell who was born in the city.

140 papers have been presented both in Plenary and Technical Sessions.

The best Student Paper was awarded to Sara Oueslati-Boulahia, PhD Student at France Télécom R&D, for her paper entitled An approach to routing elastic flows, co-authored with Eliane Oubagha, from France Télécom R&D.
